Unsafe Building Enforcement Authority accepts reports of buildings in need of significant repair and/or in violation of city ordinances. The Unsafe Building Enforcement Authority investigates reports and insures necessary steps are taken to correct the violation. If violations are not corrected steps are taken to allow the city to demolish the building.
